WWE Raw results: Biggest winners and losers ahead of Roadblock PPV

Roman Reigns has become the No1 contender for the WWE Universal Championship.

The latest episode of WWE Monday Night Raw saw some exciting matches, including a fight between Roman Reigns and Kevin Owens. In another featured match Charlotte and Sasha Banks squared off for the Raw Women's Championship. The event was aired live from Spectrum Center in Charlotte, North Carolina, on 28 November.

The show kicked off with Chris Jericho introducing Kevin Owens as his guest (second week in a row) for another episode of the Highlight Reel. In the segment, the two wrestlers mocked the way people celebrated Thanksgiving in the US and said they were superior because they are Canadians. They also pointed out that Canadians were ahead of the curve as they celebrated Thanksgiving last month.

Next, Owens called Seth Rollins a stupid idiot as last week the latter squandered his chance to become the new Universal champion. Jericho added that it was was not he who wore the Sin Cara mask and interfered in Owens and Rollins fight. As Jericho said this, a proud Owens pointed out that he would have won on his own against Rollins.

Next, Roman Reigns entered the arena and questioned why the champion needed the help of Jericho to win his fights. A furious Owens fired back and said he does not need Jericho. Reigns then pointed out that Owens would have lost his title last week if it was not for Jericho.

When Owens threatened to powerbomb Reigns, the latter asked for a fight, which if he won would give him the right to challenge Owens for his title at Roadblock pay-per-view (PPV) next month. Owens agreed.
