And now that Obama is safely ensconced back in the White House it has been announced that his first International trip will be a historic three day tour of South East Asia from the 17th to 20th November. He will be the first US President to visit Burma where he will meet President Thein Sein and opposition leader Aung San Suu Kyi. This stop off will coincide with the summit of the Association of South East Asian Nations in Cambodia, where leaders from China, Japan and Russia will also attend. He will also visit Thailand and Cambodia.

This lady in the capital Yangon is looking forward to the visit she said

"Since Obama is similar with our country name "Burma", people love him a lot."

The trip will no doubt raise concerns from the Human Rights organisation that Obama is going ahead with the visit despite recent increasing sectarian violence against the Rohingya in western Myanmar that has drawn concern from the United States and European Union.
