Following the expected arrival of US Secretary of State Hilary Clinton's to Northern Ireland from Dublin as part of her four day trip to Europe.

Police said they have found a "viable explosive device" in a car driven by two men in the Creggan area. The as yet unnamed men are aged 47 and 49 were arrested by Police, another two men have also been detained as part of their investigation into growing dissident republican activity. They are all believed to be linked with the so called New IRA group which has taken over from the Real IRA.

During this trip, Mrs Clinton eighth she is expected to discuss the peace process and economic opportunities.
