Where to watch live

Kick-off is set for 5.15pm BST. Live coverage of the game will be available on BBC One and BBC One HD. Radio commentary will be available on BBC Radio 5 Live. Below is a list of broadcasters from across the world that will air the game.

Overview

Chelsea take on Premier League title rivals Tottenham Hotspur in the semi-finals of the FA Cup in a match that could possibly have a bearing in their race for the League title. Spurs have reduced the gap between the leaders to four points and now have a genuine chance to lift their first ever Premier League title.

Antonio Conte's team were runaway favourites to lift the trophy this season, but a slight drop in form has seen the north London club reduce the gap. The Blues will be under pressure going into the rest of the season and the manager will be keen for his team to win and dent some of their opponents' confidence for rest of the campaign.

The Italian manager will be boosted by the return of Thibaut Courtois and Marcos Alonso after the duo missed their recent loss to Manchester United. But Chelsea could be without Gary Cahill, who missed training this week after a mystery illness ensured he spent two days in hospital.

Meanwhile, Mauricio Pochettino's side are the in-form team at the moment and have an unbeatable aura about them. They are unbeaten since February in all competitions and are ready to pounce on any misfortune that befalls Chelsea and lift their first Premier League trophy.

The Argentine manager will be keen for his team to continue their momentum at Wembley on Saturday and further dent Chelsea's confidence going into the remainder of the season. They will be without long-term absentees Danny Rose and Michel Vorm, but have been boosted by the return of Harry Kane, who made his comeback in their previous 4-0 win over Bournemouth after spending close to four weeks out with an ankle injury.

Chelsea and Spurs have one win apiece against each other this season and their superiority was confirmed when four players from each team were nominated for the PFA Team of the Year . The latter do not have a good record in semi-finals having lost in their last six appearances, while the Blues have lost just once in their last five semi-final appearances, which was to Manchester City in 2013.

What managers say

Antonio Conte: "It won't be easy because Tottenham now are the best team. They are in great form and they have a lot of enthusiasm because they are feeling the possibility of writing history," via the Telegraph.

Mauricio Pochettino: "I think if there is one favourite it's Chelsea because they are top of the table, because of the experienced players and the manager that they have. We are talking about one of the best teams in Europe. Players that in the past five years have won European competitions and World Cups, a manager who won the league in Italy. They are more experienced than us.

"But we are in a good moment, too, and we are hungry to challenge this type of team. We are happy to fight with the best team in England for the Premier League and [FA] Cup," via Eurosport.
