D4vd Case Update: Who is Ponzalo? Discord Member Behind Claims Singer Dated a Minor

D4vd, whose real name is David Anthony Burke, has been closely linked to the death of 15-year-old Celeste Rivas following the discovery of her remains in his Tesla on 8 September 2025.

The vehicle had been abandoned in a Los Angeles impound lot, where employees reported a foul smell emanating from it. This prompted an investigation, which revealed that the Tesla was registered under the singer's name.

In November 2025, it was reported that D4vd had been tagged as a suspect in the case. Furthermore, on 29 December 2025, TMZ reported that D4vd is 'likely' to be indicted in connection with the murder of Celeste Rivas.

So far, no arrests or charges have been made, although a Los Angeles County grand jury is currently reviewing evidence as part of an ongoing investigation that could result in formal charges.

Meanwhile, internet sleuths have focused on Ponzalo, a member of D4vd's Discord server, who reportedly exposed the singer for allegedly dating a minor, Celeste Rivas.

Who is Ponzalo?

On Reddit, discussions about Ponzalo have been widespread, but little is known about him. His real name, age, and location remain unidentified; he is simply a fan of D4vd and a member of the singer's Discord server.

Ponzalo is reportedly the person who exposed D4vd for allegedly dating a minor and claimed that one of the singer's songs was about Celeste Rivas.

In screenshots circulating on the platform, with dates unverified, Ponzalo allegedly wrote: 'I wanna tell everyone abt how d4vd is a pedophile,' followed by, 'Did y'all know that d4vd likes kids?'

In another Reddit post shared by u/Leather_Attitude3104, it was noted that the Discord server where Ponzalo was active claimed the girl, allegedly Rivas, had lied about her age.

They wrote: 'Ponzalo claimed that a girl lied about her age to d4vd, saying she was 19. He said that when David found out her real age, he took her straight home. He also claimed that the kids—or Celeste's circle, or whatever—then blackmailed David.'

Furthermore, Ponzalo is also the person who hinted about Rivas' disappearance and mentioned a song about her written by D4vd.

Redditor u/Leather_Attitude3104 said, 'Ponzalo is the same person who dropped vague hints in a Discord server about Celeste's disappearance and accused David of being a pedophile. He mentioned the song 'Celeste' way before anyone knew it existed. That clearly shows he knew what was going on behind the scenes.'

The Reddit user is referring to a Discord server conversation, dated 16 August 2024, the singer said that he is in a song crisis right now.

Ponzalo replied, asking him to drop the song about the missing girl, he said, 'drop the one with the missing girl celeste rivas hernandez'

To which another member replied: 'u aren't giving any proof.' Ponzalo then shared a screenshot of Rivas' missing poster and said, 'this girl.'

They added, 'she came back home in march and went missing again in like april.'

D4vd Allegedly Paid Kids to Stay Silent About his Relationship with a Minor

Ponzalo's role in exposing D4vd didn't stop there. He allegedly also uncovered the singer paying minors to remain silent about his relationship with the girl believed to be Celeste Rivas.

Redditor u/Leather_Attitude3104 wrote that Ponzalo leaked a photo showing D4vd allegedly paying children to hide the relationship. 'He sent that photo to a TikToker back in December 2024. That TikToker made a video first, saying David was hiding a relationship with a 13-year-old,' the Redditor explained.

However, after the video was posted, Ponzalo reportedly asked the TikToker to delete it, fearing a lawsuit from the singer and saying the 'secret' was not meant to be revealed.

Another TikTok video surfaced on Reddit showing the alleged photo of D4vd paying the children. TikTok user @ethannnn_m posted on 14 December 2024: 'Popular artist got caught paying thousands of dollars to the kids.' He added that D4vd paid them to 'hide his "little secret" of dating a minor.'

Addressing questions and demands for proof, @ethannnn_m defended the claim, saying, 'Why the f*ck else would you randomly go unnoticed, no one knows about this, to meet the kids and give them thousands of dollars?'

Redditor u/Leather_Attitude3104 noted that Ponzalo disappeared soon after the case gained attention, saying, 'Since then, he's completely vanished, deleted all his social media, and might even be under investigation. It really seemed like he knew a lot more than anyone else, yet no one is talking about it.'

Now, everyone is wondering where he is, with some hoping that he is assisting with the ongoing investigation and it's worth noting that none of this was confirmed legally.
