Drunk Chinese Bus Driver Attacks Woman in 'Cannibal' Face-Eating Frenzy

A drunken bus driver left a woman in need of plastic surgery after he leapt on her car and chewed her face in the latest bizarre "cannibal" attack.

The man, identified in the Shanghai Daily only as Dong, was reported to have been drinking heavily with friends before the incident.

The attack, in the city of Wenzhou in southeastern China, was caught on camera and posted on YouTube.

The video shows Dong jumping on the bonnet of the car driven by his victim, identified only as Du, hammering on the windscreen and screaming at her.

When she got out of the car to try to escape, Dong jumped on her and started chewing her face, causing major damage to her nose and lips.

Onlookers tried to pull him off but he was reportedly so "crazed" they were unable to.

Police eventually draggerd him off his helpless victim. She was taken to hospital, where doctors said she would need surgery to repair her nose and lips.

The attack was the latest in a line of bizarre attacks over the last few months.

In May, 31-year-old Rudy Eugene ate the face of homeless Ronald Poppo in Miami, before he was shot dead by police.

Poppo lost an eye and suffered major damage to the rest of his face in the attack.

Canadian porn start Luka Magnotta is also alleged to have killed, dismembered and eaten parts of Chinese student Jun Lin before posting his body parts to several addresses in Canada.

In another incident, Alexander Kinyua, a 21-year-old Morgan State University student, admitted murdering his roommate Kujoe Bonsafo Agyei-Kodie and eating part of his brain.
