Samsung's newly introduced camera smartphone, the Galaxy S4 Zoom, featuring a 16 megapixel CMOS sensor, is now available in the UK with retailers offering the new handset at various price deals and data plans.
The UK's largest independent mobile retailer, Carphone Warehouse, is selling the Galaxy S4 Zoom, which is available for pre-order on contracts with various networks such as O2, Orange, T-Mobile, Vodafone and Talkmobile. The good news is none of these networks are charging upfront for most of the deals.
The cheapest deal is from Vodafone which is selling the handset at £33 a month on a two-year contract that includes 600 minutes to any network, unlimited texts, 500MB data and 2GB of Wi-Fi data on the same network.
The S4 Zoom is also on contract with T-Mobile at £37 a month for two years with an interesting data plan. Those who buy the S4 Zoom from T-Mobile will get 2,000 minutes to any network, unlimited texts and unlimited MB data.
Those who wish to buy the S4 Zoom from O2 will have to pay the same as T-Mobile users (£37 per month for 24 months). Consumers will get unlimited minutes, unlimited texts and 1GB of data over the contract period.
On contracts with Orange, the S4 Zoom costs £37 a month for two years with unlimited minutes, unlimited texts and 1GB data.
Talkmobile is charging £29.99 as initial payment for the S4 Zoom with £30 per month for two years. The deal includes 750 minutes, 1,500 texts and 1024MB of data.
Online retailer, Clove UK, is also taking pre-orders for the handset which costs £442.80 including VAT. The retailer has listed the 8GB variant of S4 Zoom (white) on the product page. The device is currently sold out but the retailer says that stocks are expected soon.
Unlocked Mobiles is also stocking the Galaxy S4 Zoom. The SIM-free 8GB version of the device can be pre-ordered at £464.98 including VAT. The retailer also mentions that the smartphone is now in stock and customers will receive delivery of the product the day after placing pre-order.
