Mad Men fans don't have to wait much longer for the series to be back on air as the season 7 premiere date draws closer.
The title and a small synopsis of the first episode of season 7 have been released and according to that, it seems Don (Jon Hamm), and gang will be doing some travelling.
The episode is titled Time Zones and the description gives an indication of what Don, Peggy (Elisabeth Moss) and the others are up to, reports Enstars.
The episode synopsis reads:
"Don makes a friend; Joan has drinks with a client; Roger receives a perplexing phone call; Peggy hears new work."
Even though the plot description for Time Zones is somewhat vague (in typical Mad Men fashion), it reveals who the primary players of the episode are.
"Time Zones implies that there will be different time zones addressed within the episode, which could mean that there could be some action on the West Coast as well as New York," states the Enstars report.
As per previous report, photos taken from Mad Men sets showed Hamm, as Don, stepping out of a California hotel – This along with visuals of airplanes featured in the promos clearly suggests that there might be another California episode of Mad Men in store. Maybe Don's 'new friend' has a California connection?
The synopsis also suggests that the women of the show are busy with work, which is in line with the show's trajectory of women rising to more and more power.
Mad Men season 7 premieres Sunday, 13 April at 10 pm on AMC.
