Following the success of the Autumn/Winter 2012 Mulberry collection at the London Fashion Week, the luxury brand hosted an "intimate supper" at The Savile Club in London's Mayfair.

The event was a high-profile celebrity event attended by the likes of Michelle Williams, Lana Del Rey, Elizabeth Olsen, Vogue's Anna Wintour and Alexandra Shulman, Alexa Chung, Michelle Dockery and others.

Each of the 80 guests invited were reportedly treated with a three-course roast dinner, created by British chef Tom Aikens.

The event was hosted by Ronnie Cooke Newhouse and Mulberry's Emma Hill who welcomed the guests as they arrived.

The Daily Mail reported that each of the tables in the opulent Ballroom were dressed in a canvas of white and gold, with dramatic gold leaf trees acting as centrepieces. After dinner, guests watched as Lana Del Rey performed five songs backed by just a piano and a guitar.

The British brand celebrated the success of its collection which comprised coats, jackets, gilets, and ankle boots in shaggy Mongolian fur.

The entire collection has been said to be inspired by Maurice Sendak's "Where the Wild Things Are", a children's picture book along with a small nod to the Muppets.

Hill confirmed that the characters in the book as well as the movie adaptation inspired her collection.

According to the Associated Press, some of the cartoon owlish creatures even found their way onto a model's printed sweater, and at one point the catwalk was invaded by a particularly shaggy dog, dressed in a tiger-striped canine-sized sweater.
