In this week's Music Minute, the Ghostbusters remake announces its official soundtrack, Glastonbury festival set to kick off and Usher releases new music.

Ghostbusters reboot soundtrack announced

The Ghostbusters reboot hits cinema screens in just a few weeks, and it'll sound whole a lot different from the original. The film's official soundtrack features appearances from the likes of Zayn Malik, Missy Elliott, 5 Seconds Of Summer, Fall Out Boy and Mark Ronson, making for quite a modern revamp.

Fortunately, the 80s won't be completely forgotten as DeBarge's funk-soul classic Rhythm Of The Night has also made the cut. The soundtrack will be available to buy from 15 July, while Ghostbusters the film is released to UK cinemas four days earlier.

Glastonbury Festival set to welcome thousands

More than 100,000 music fans will be donning their wellies and heading to Somerset's Worthy Farm for another Glastonbury. Adele, Muse and Coldplay are set to headline the iconic Pyramid Stage, while Jeff Lynne's ELO will fill the legends slot on Sunday.

With performances from Foals, Beck, Skepta and Ellie Goulding, it promises to be a fun-filled weekend.

Single of the week

And lastly, if you need to update your playlist then we have two recommendations for you, both from R'n'B king Usher. The singer is back with new singles Crash and the hip hop-infused No Limit which features Young Thug. Two very different tracks but "Usher baby" sounds great on both.
