Alli has become an integral part of the Tottenham side under Maurcio Pochettino, with Parlour describing him as "an all-round good footballer".
"Dele Alli is superb. The debate was Alli or Pogba. A lot of people would go with Alli," Parlour the told Alan Brazil Up Front podcast.
