Stephon Marbury made his name in the NBA- now he is trying do the same in the CBA.

The 35 year old plays for the Beijing Ducks.

Tomorrow, they will play in their first Chinese basketball league final, and the New Yorker is looking forward to it.

"For my basketball career, being able to participate the CBA final is something that gratifying, it's enough fulfilling feeling because you want to win but being on this stage, it shows the hard work that we put through works in the whole year."

The former NBA All-Star player spent 13 seasons in the NBA with five teams, but he never managed to win a league title.

On Wednesday, the Beijing Ducks will meet the Guangdong Tigers in the CBA final.

They go into the match with confidence, having won all their last 13 games.

"I love being here, I love the people here. The people here are really good, really warm people. You know, as a basketball player coming from the NBA comes to China, being able to see how the league is growing, it really has shown me the league has continued here and it's becoming one of the best leagues in the world."
