In Dallas, there was a yellow hazardous material drum on the lawn of the brick apartment Sunday (October 12) where the Texas health worker who has contracted Ebola is believed to live and information pamphlets about the Ebola virus were stuffed in the doors in the surrounding blocks of the apartment.
