All the latest transfer rumours from Juventus. The Italian giants are said to be ready to make an offer for Manchester United winger Nani, but will need the player to force his exit from the club. Juventus has confirmed that Mirko Vucinic is having a medical in Turin today and will finalise a move to the club on Tuesday morning. Juventus are the latest club to be linked with a move for Chelsea defender Alex and Gianluigi Buffon has said that he expects the club to challenge for honours this season.

Juventus are said to be relying on Manchester United winger Nani to orchestrate a move away from Manchester United if they are to sign the Portuguese international this summer. Juventus are hoping that Nani will hand in a transfer request after Sir Alex Ferguson signed Ashley Young last month.

Tuttosport claims that Juventus intend to offer £12m for the flamboyant winger and hope that Nani will submit an official transfer request.

Juventus have said that Roma striker Mirko Vucinic is having a medical today ahead of his move to Turin. It was believed that Manchester United and Tottenham were leading the race to sign the Montenegrin forward. However, Juventus are now set to sign the forward for £13m.

"Mirko Vucinic is in Torino. The Montenegrin player arrived in the Piedmontese capital on Sunday evening and spent the whole Monday morning undergoing the medical check-up," a statement on Juve's website reads.

The Daily Mail has claimed that the Italian giants are ready to make a bid for Chelsea's Brazilian defender Alex. The centre back looks to be frozen out at Chelsea after the signing of David Luiz in January and Juventus are confident they can sign the player. Juventus are the latest side to show an interest in the 29 year old after Bayern Munich and Real Madrid were linked with the player last month.

Juventus have said that they want to sign a centre back this summer and with Alex set for a place on the substitute bench for the start of the season, Juventus believe £10m should persuade Chelsea to part company with the player.

Gianluigi Buffon has said that he expects Juventus to challenge for honours after two baron seasons in Turin. "The fans and Juventus itself have a great desire to win again. The most important thing is that the players have the same desire. You can't say yet whether we can fight for the Scudetto. I just hope that we can leave the last two seasons behind us," Buffon said to Sky Sport Italia.

"Antonio Conte is a great coach who perfectly knows the strengths and weaknesses of all the players. He wants everything to go perfect and the players are following his direction. There's a great understanding between players and coach," he added.
