The official launch of the third-generation iPad is not until 16 March.

However, Vietnamese Web site Tinhte.vn seems to have got their hands on one of the new devices for an unboxing video!

Although the video is in Vietnamese, it remains fairly easy to follow. The most interesting point is that the video reveals an LTE toggle in the device's settings, which seems to confirm 4G capability.

On a side note, deliveries of the new iPad have been delayed, despite the current delivery date still being two days away, due to constraints in supply of Retina Display components.

The new expected date of delivery, for the US, is 19 March.
