West Bromwich Albion host Chelsea in a dead rubber at the Hawthorns on Monday as the Blues look to end the season on a high.
Where to watch live
Kick-off is set for 8pm BST. Live coverage of the game will be on Sky Sports 1 and Sky Sports 1 HD.
West Brom have managed to stave off relegation and will be looking to strengthen the side in the summer under Tony Pulis and put in a better performance next season. Pulis, after doing an immense job at Crystal Palace last season, has returned trumps yet again, with the Baggies only a point off relegation in December.
A win over Chelsea will give them some much needed confidence and optimism for next season, having already beaten Manchester United at Old Trafford earlier in the season.
Chelsea, in the meantime, will be looking to finish the season on a high and start afresh for the next, with the Premier League trophy firmly in their grip. Jose Mourinho is unlikely to change much next season and will be looking to keep his bunch of players fit for the entire campaign, as they have done this time around.
The Blues have lost only two games in the Premier League this season and have to keep the momentum for the upcoming campaign, when the likes of Arsenal, Manchester City and Manchester United are all likely to strengthen their squad.
What managers say
Tony Pulis: "I bet my life Jose would squeeze the life out of the players and get the result that's needed. In history, the great leaders, you read about these people and you read why they win battles and why they win things. They've got an edge. Jose's got that edge."
Jose Mourinho: "This year, the most important title for the academy was Ruben, not the European or FA Youth Cup. It was Ruben. Izzy Brown, he plays. I want him to be champion and I want him to have his debut for Chelsea in the Premier League at West Brom. It means double for him to play for Chelsea, to be champions and to play against his old club."
