V Festival 2016 will bring the summer of pop music to a close this weekend. In celebration of the festival's 21st birthday, ticket-holders will flock to the Chelmsford and Staffordshire locations on 19 August to enjoy three fun-filled days of live music, food and other activities. Glastonbury, Wireless and T In The Park are among the festivals to showcase the hottest acts in music over the summer but V Festival might just have the most impressive pop line-up of the summer.
Justin Bieber, Rihanna, Little Mix and David Guetta are among the acts from both sides of the pond headlining the event.
As thousands prepare to set up their tents on both sites of the festival, IBTimes UK rounds up all the important information you'll need to know before setting off.
V Festival 2016 kicks off on Friday 19 August but the real fun doesn't begin until Saturday 20 August before drawing to a close on Sunday 21 August.
As is tradition for V, the pop bonanza will take place in two locations. Hylands Park will open its doors to festival-goers in Chelmsford, Essex, while Weston Park will play host to the event in Staffordshire, West Midlands.
Prepare your travel and alternate routes beforehand! Both locations are served by nearby train stations with services running frequently through Chelmsford Rail Station and Stafford Rail Station. Check the National Rail website for tickets and more information. Both V Festival locations also host car parking for those driving themselves with prices starting at £10 per vehicle.
Once arriving in Chelmsford or Stafford, there will be shuttle buses dropping festival-goers to and from the festival and train station. Tickets can be purchased upon arrival.
Here are some of the acts you will not want to miss over the V Festival weekend.

Brace yourselves for showers on both locations. Friday will be wet and gloomy at both Hylands Park and Weston Park with temperatures reaching between 18 and 19C. Saturday in Chelmsford will offer some dry relief with mostly clouds predicted with temperatures peaking at 21C. However, you'll probably need to don your wellies for the most part.
