Past Arrest By Miami Beach Police Officers

The Friday booking follows a previous arrest in the Miami area in November 2025. Miami Beach Police arrested Doherty outside a smoke shop and booked him into Florida's Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center just before 9 am on three charges.

Those three charges were possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, and resisting arrest. Police said they found half of a pill that appeared consistent with amphetamine, a medication commonly used to treat ADHD and narcolepsy, as well as suspected cannabis cigarettes. Video of the arrest showed him arguing with officers.

Court records show that the cannabis charge was subsequently dropped and that Doherty entered a drug pre-trial diversion programme in March 2026, which he reportedly completed, ending the case without a conviction.

Mug Shot Video Followed Past Florida Arrest

Hours before that morning arrest by Miami Beach Police in November 2025, Doherty had been streaming on the Parti platform and posted footage from a yacht in Miami. Following the booking at Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center, Doherty's bond was set at $3,500. He was later released after posting bail of $3,500 less than 24 hours later.

Doherty subsequently told TMZ that the experience was the 'worst day of his life', describing hours spent in multiple holding cells before he was released on $3,500 bail. After getting out, he posted a video wearing a TMZ T-shirt featuring his mug shot.

In the clip, he joked about his arrest, complained that jail was too dirty for him to shower there, and bragged that he posted bail and was released in under 24 hours.
