Two 15-year-old boys have been stabbed at a school in southeast London and one of has been left in a critical condition. A teenager has been arrested after police were called following reports of a stabbing at a school site in Alleyn Park, Dulwich.

Police and the London Ambulance Service attended and discovered two 15-year-old boys suffering knife wounds at a site at Kingsdale Foundation School in West Dulwich.

Both have since been taken to a south London hospital for treatment. One teenager remains in a critical condition, while the other boy is in a stable condition.

A London Ambulance Service spokesman said: "We were called at 3.27pm today to reports of a stabbing at Alleyn Park, West Dulwich. We sent a number of resources to the scene including two ambulance crews, an incident response officer and the London Air Ambulance.

"We treated two patients at the scene and they were taken by road ambulance to hospital."

The school said in a statement: "Please be advised that an incident has occurred resulting in a potentially serious injury to a student which required medical attention. The parents involved have been informed."
