GTA 6's Strip Clubs Officially Detailed To Include a 'Huge Variety of Heights and Shapes' in Game
Rockstar's NPC overhaul could make one of Vice City's most familiar adult locations feel noticeably less repetitive

Rockstar Games has confirmed GTA 6 strip clubs will return when Grand Theft Auto VI launches on 19 November 2026.
The studio has also detailed new NPC technology that supports a much wider range of heights and body shapes across Leonida.
Rockstar has already established that adult entertainment venues are part of its new version of Vice City. Its official character material identifies the Jack of Hearts strip club as one of the businesses connected to local businessman Boobie Ike.
That confirmation is separate from Rockstar's technical discussion of NPC variety. The studio has not said its new animation system was created specifically for strip clubs, dancers or other adult venues.
What Rockstar has confirmed is broader. Its developers say GTA 6 can support more varied people across the game's population than previous entries could manage.
GTA 6 NPC Technology Expands Character Variety
Rob Nelson, Rockstar North's head of development and co-studio head, explained the change in an IGN interview published on 27 August 2026.
Nelson said NPCs in GTA 6 can differ more substantially in height and body shape because of improvements to Rockstar's animation technology.
Older systems created limitations when characters with noticeably different proportions had to use the same animation sets. A shorter character and a much taller one could struggle to line up naturally during physical interactions.
Nelson said Rockstar developed a system that retargets those animations while the game is running. 'NPCs have more height differentiation and body shape differentiation than ever before,' he said.
He added that the system allows Rockstar to create 'a huge variety of heights and shapes' while keeping movements and physical interactions working across different bodies.
Nelson's examples concerned the game as a whole. He referred to characters fighting, sitting in cars and interacting with one another or with their surroundings.
That distinction matters. Rockstar has not announced a dancer-specific animation system or confirmed that strip-club performers receive technology unavailable elsewhere in the game.
The company's wider work on NPC diversity also extends beyond height and build. Developers have described characters varying by age, clothing, tattoos, piercings and other physical characteristics, while different parts of Leonida can have populations suited to those locations.
Inside an enclosed venue such as Jack of Hearts, that variety could simply be easier for players to notice. Spending time around the same group of characters makes differences in appearance and movement more visible. That remains an observation, not a promised strip-club feature.
GTA 6 Strip Clubs Return, but Gameplay Details Remain Unclear
Rockstar has been more explicit about the existence of strip clubs than about what players will actually be able to do inside them.
Boobie Ike's official profile links him directly to the Jack of Hearts strip club, alongside his interests in real estate and music. The venue has also appeared in Rockstar's promotional material for GTA 6.
The studio's Extended Look, released on 27 August, included strip-club imagery among footage Rockstar said was captured entirely in-game on PlayStation 5. What has not been announced is equally important.

Rockstar has not detailed new strip-club missions, lap-dance mechanics, venue-specific minigames or other activities tied specifically to these locations. Nothing released so far establishes that Jack of Hearts will receive a unique gameplay system built around the new NPC technology.
That makes the wording around the feature especially important. Nelson's comments concerned Rockstar's overall approach to populating GTA 6, not an official breakdown of how strippers, customers or staff will behave.
Fans have nevertheless focused heavily on NPC variety while analysing Rockstar's recent footage. Online discussion has highlighted differences in character builds, clothing and background populations visible across Leonida.
Those observations show why the technology has attracted attention, but they cannot establish how the finished game will handle specific venues.
For now, two facts can be stated confidently. Strip clubs are returning in GTA 6, and Rockstar has built technology allowing much greater variation in NPC heights and body shapes.
Whether Jack of Hearts becomes one of the places where that difference is most noticeable remains unconfirmed before the game's 19 November release.
