Overview

Bangalore beat Sunrisers Hyderabad by seven wickets in their last game, chasing down 161 with more than two overs to spare, courtesy of captain Virat Kohli's 93 not out from 47 balls. RCB are currently third in the table, with two wins out of three.

The Knight Riders have played only twice so far, winning once. Kolkata lost their last game away to Rajasthan Royals by 19 runs. Eoin Morgan scored 51 from 38 but the Brit's effort was not enough to rescue his side from defeat.

Overall, KKR lead RCB 6-5 in head-to-head. The same fixture last season saw the Knight Riders winning by 42 runs.
