Liverpool boss, Brendan Rodgers is looking for his team to reach the FA Cup final to give a proper send-off to captain, Steven Gerrard.

For Gerrard, the aim is to end his Liverpool career on a high. The FA Cup final falls on 30 May this year, which will be his 35 birthday.

"There would be no better send off for him," Rodgers said. "But there are a lot of games to be played.

"We've targeted a cup victory this season, as well as progress in the league, and we're very much in line for that moving into the second half of the season. The team is very focused, and we played some good football tonight on a difficult pitch.

"The idea is to get a cup win, and if we could do it this season it would be really special."
On the fourth round draw, he added: "It's a good draw. Any team will tell you they want to be at home. I'm looking forward to it because it's at Anfield, and we love playing there in front of our supporters.
