Liverpool Hero Steven Gerrard's Relative on Most Wanted List

One of Steven Gerrard's relatives is thought to be on the run in Amsterdam accused of being involved in a drug cartel.

Robert Gerrard, or Uncle Bobby as he is thought to be known among members of his family, is believed to have fled the UK after he was accused of conspiracy to import cocaine into the country in 2013.

The 50-year-old is on a Crimestoppers list of most wanted criminals who have fled to Holland. He has been convicted of possession of a false ID and obtaining property by deception.

A further seven suspected criminals wanted for serious crimes committed in the UK but who are now believed to be in and around the Dutch capital are also on the list.

It includes some of Britain's most dangerous criminals who are wanted for drug smuggling, rape and unlawful wounding.

Eight fugtives out of a targeted 17 have been caught.

Offences: It is believed that during 2013 Gerrard was involved in a conspiracy to import cocaine into the UK.

Offences: Conspiracy to supply class cocaine; conspiracy to supply cannabis; possession of a firearm; and possession of ammunition.

Description: 5ft 10ins tall, slim, blue eyes, blonde hair. Tattoos - 'RIP Shady 86/10/02' and the letter 'T' on his left arm, 'Kim' on his back, and 'Tyson' on his right shoulder. He also has two-inch scars on both his knees.
