Teacher Miss Golden Bum Michela Roth Sues Police Snoopers at Bologna Nursery

The American teacher who caused a row in an Italian nursery school for being too sexy to teach has accused two police agents of spying on her, local papers have reported.

Michela Roth, 38, made the headlines last month after angry parents in Castello di Serravalle, near Bologna, pulled their children out of the school in protest against her.

Roth said she was watching children in the school playground when she realised that two people filming her without her permission. She has filed a suit against them the two, who she claims are undercover police officers, for breaching her privacy and those of the children.

"It annoyed me because children were filmed," she told the local paper, Il Resto del Carlino. "It's a violation of my privacy. If they asked me I would have opened the nursery's door without any doubt. There's no secret to hide. I'm shocked."

The teacher has lived in Italy for more than 10 years. During summer holidays she makes extra cash by posing in sexy underwear for calendars - an activity that allegedly annoyed parents of children at the school.

Roth has won several beauty contests in Italy such as Miss Golden Bum and Miss Italian Mum. But when news leaked that Roth stripped for a Harley Davidson calendar, parents thought it was too much and pulled their children from the nursery school.

"'For me, being a model is my second job," she told the Daily Telegraph. "I do shoots when school is over and especially in the holidays when I am back in the United States. I am always dressed in the pictures and never naked."

Roth admits she could have been a model but prefers being a teacher. "There is a little bit of envy going on here and it has gone over the top," she said.

"You just have to ask anyone at the school who will tell you that I am a complete professional when it comes to being a teacher and a model."
