In this week's Music Minute: Drake's new album tops the charts, Eurovision fever takes hold and Alicia Keys drops new single, In Common.

Drake's Views tops the charts

As expected, Drake has stormed the global charts with his new album Views. The record, previously known as Views From The 6, has sold more than 1 million copies worldwide in its first week placing it at the top of the UK and US Billboard 200 charts.

As if that wasn't impressive enough, Views also broke weekly streaming records after clocking up 245 million plays in just 6 days. Reacting to the good news, the Hotline Bling rapper wrote on Instagram: "I am beyond grateful for this milestone. Thank you for listening." Have fun celebrating Drake and we'll see you on the Summer Sixteen tour.

Eurovision returns

It's that time of year again as Eurovision will be back on our screens on 14 May. Comedian Petra Mede will have the honours of hosting this year's song contest in Stockholm, Sweden on 14th May following the semi-finals on the 9th and 10th.

The UK is guaranteed a place in the final and will be represented by Joe and Jack with You're Not Alone. The duo have described their Eurovision entry as a "dream come true" but do they have what it takes to break our run of bad luck? We look forward to finding out on 14 May.
