Paris Saint-Germain take on Chelsea in the Champions League clash at Parc des Princes on 16 February (Tuesday).

Where to watch live

Kick-off is at 7:45pm GMT. Live coverage is on BT Sport Europe. Radio commentary of the game is on BBC Radio 5 Live.

Overview

PSG come into this fixture after their 17 match winning streak was finally broken when they were forced to settle for a goalless draw in the last league clash against Olympique Lyonnais. Laurent Blanc had made several changes to the side and wanted his players to be fit for the Champions League fixture on Tuesday.

The French champions eliminated Chelsea in the European fixture last season and they will be hoping to do the same this term. PSG's main aim will be keeping a clean sheet against the Blues as they have conceded only eight goals in the last 23 fixtures.

Chelsea enter this match after a 5-1 crushing victory over Newcastle United in the Premier League tie. Spain international Diego Costa and Pedro were on the scoresheet for the west London club and the attacking duo are likely to start for them against PSG.

Skipper John Terry picked up an injury and will miss the midweek Champions League clash. Guus Hiddink's side will be hoping to find the back of the net in order to score the crucial away goal in the first leg of the knockout fixture.

What manager says

Laurent Blanc: "If he's [Aurier] got a problem with me, I won't use you journalists to handle the problem. That's for sure. I don't think any club is immune from those things, especially with social media. We're never safe. He's a boy that should be preparing today for a last-16 game of the Champions League. That would've been better instead of staying at home not knowing what to do."

Guus Hiddink: "Well, he [Hazard] has a contract that he extended but first he must get fit and show he is a top player and then for Chelsea, which is a top club, he can be of huge value. In the near future there will be more speculation about who is coming here or who is going but I don't go into that."
