Gary Neville will be looking to secure his first win as Valencia coach when his team face third-tier side Barakaldo in the Copa del Rey on 16 December.

Where to watch

Kick-off is set for 8pm GMT. There is no live telecast of the game in the UK.

Valencia already have one foot in the Copa del Rey round of 16 after beating Barakaldo 3-1 away from home in the first leg. The second leg at the Mestalla presents the perfect opportunity for Gary Neville to secure the first win of his managerial career after overseeing a defeat and a draw in his first two matches in Spain.

Shkodran Mustafi and Rodrigo De Paul both return after missing the first leg through suspension. Enzo Perez, Diego Alves and Rodrigo are all injured and will not feature at the Mestalla.

Third-tier outfit Barakaldo are on a three-match winless run in all competitions and have won just one of their last five away matches. The Basque club need to score at least two goals to stand any chance of progressing further in the tournament.

Goalkeeper Jaume Valens is suspended after being sent off in the first leg.

What managers say

Gary Neville: "It's obvious that I need to learn the language as quickly as possible. That is the biggest challenge. It's the only challenge because one of the big things about me is that I can communicate well in English about what I want but I can't do that in Spanish. I'm relying upon some very bad, broken Spanish at this time and also translation, which loses its impact."

David Movilla: "The objective is to eliminate Valencia. This team competes very well and has proven itself against difficult opponents in the past."
