Beyonce may not be hitting the stage anytime soon after her recent labour, but that has not stopped her from watching hubbie Jay-Z from the sidelines. The Formation singer took a break from mothering her newborn twins to support her rapper spouse as he rehearsed for the upcoming 4:44 tour.

Jay-Z, 47, is due to kick-off the anticipated North American tour in Anaheim, California on 27 October, meaning he only has a matter of weeks to perfect the stage production. With just as many several sold-out world tours under her belt as her husband, Beyonce, 35, was on-hand to offer some support and advice as Jay-Z got to work.

In a new Instagram post, Beyonce has shared photos of the 99 Problems rapper speaking into a microphone, appearing to give instructions to his band. Other snaps show the former Destiny's Child songstress modelling Stella McCartney's Lindsey t-shirt dress, priced at $765 and boasting three large ice cream cones printed on the front.

While showing off a make-up free face, Beyonce also wore a white Plane Icon Dad Hat bearing the Roc Nation logo, again showing her support for her famous husband.

However, it is Beyonce's footwear that has attracted the envious eyes of her followers. The Single Ladies hitmaker flaunts an exclusive pair of peach-coloured Puma trainers, custom-made for Jay-Z's 4:44 album with the tracklist printed on one of the inner soles and the record's barcode embossed on the outside of the shoe. It is believed that only 44 pairs of the Puma Clydes were made and, clearly, Beyonce is lucky enough to own at least one pair.

Beyonce's presence at the rehearsal suggests the singer could also be set to make a surprise appearance at one of the tour shows. It is likely that the music power couple could duet on 4:44 album track Family Feud, which features Beyonce's vocals on the recorded version. The confessional track sees Jay-Z admit to cheating on his wife of nine years in response to Beyonce's "Becky with the good hair" reveal on her 2016 album Lemonade.

Of course, the couple have many other collaborations in their back catalogue, including Crazy In Love, Drunk In Love and '03 Bonnie & Clyde. Although fans may have to wait until April 2018 to properly catch Beyonce in the action on-stage when she is set to headline Coachella. The pop star has cleared her work schedule after giving birth to twins, Rumi and Sir Carter, in June while she is also mother to five-year-old daughter Blue Ivy.

The North American leg of Jay-Z's 4:44 tour will visit cities like Las Vegas, Houston, Miami, Toronto and Brooklyn before concluding at The Forum in Inglewood, California on 21 December.
