X Factor's Rylan Clark to Marry Big Brother Boyfriend Dan Neal in Civil Ceremony

Rylan Clark is officially off the market after getting engaged to Big Brother boyfriend Dan Neal.

The X Factor-reject-turned TV personality is set to marry his partner after accepting his proposal during a romantic trip to Paris.

According to the Daily Star, Neal popped the question in the city of love while they were out sightseeing.

"Rylan and Dan have always known marriage was on the cards," an insider said. "So being in the French capital, you might think Rylan saw it coming.

"However it still took him completely by surprise. And there was never any question about what his answer might be."

Clark started dating Neal in 2013 after the former police officer took part in the 14th series of Big Brother, with Clark hosting the show's spin-off Big Brother's Bit On The Side.

The 'thrilled' presenter is said to be looking forward to their civil ceremony.

"Rylan can't wait to marry Dan. They're just thrilled it's official and they can get started with the best part – planning!", the insider continued.

Clark has made no secret of his desire to settle down and have a family.

"The wedding would be three days in the middle of nowhere, in a beautiful manor house", he previously said.

"Just because I'm gay doesn't mean I can't settle down and have kids."
