Where to Watch Live

Kick-off is set for 6pm BST. Live coverage of the game will be on Sky Sports 5 and Sky Sports 5 HD.

Overview

Atletico were confirmed Champions at the Camp Nou last season on this very day when Alexis Sanchez's opener was cancelled out by a towering header from Diego Godin, leading to an end to their title drought for a record 17 years.

However, the departure of stalwarts by the likes of Diego Costa and Felipe Luis it was always going to be a tall order for the club to repeat their heroics, especially when the teams around them significantly strengthened their squad.

They currently stand 13 points behind the leaders but have a chance to avenge their league failure with a win over Barcelona in the finals of the Copa del Rey next year. However, Simeone's prime target right now would be finish above Valencia and progress into the Champions League without having to play a qualifier.

Meanwhile, Barcelona have the opportunity to complete a historic treble in the next three weeks that lie ahead. Having already secured the league, the team from Spain can also win the Champions League and the Copa del Rey, a feat which they last achieved in 2009. They are currently four points ahead of Real Madrid and need to match their result tonight to secure the title.

However, they will be without Luis Suarez, who has done his hamstring and is also a doubt for the Champions League final.

What Managers Say

Diego Simeone: "If you go tight they'll kill you. If you wait they will kill you. You have to go for every ball as if it's your last. You can't think too much about the threat they have. The evaluation has to be done at the end of the season. Mandzukic has 20 goals and Fernando has scored three in the league and three in the cup since he arrived. They are very competitive. We need them both. Against Barca Torres will play, he often has the answer in big games."

Luis Enrique: "I haven't seen any desire for revenge among my players. Atletico had a great season last year and were deserved champions. The schedule has decided that we play on the penultimate game in the Calderon and it is exciting. If we are not intense in a game like this then we can't win. This game will be like a final and in the two finals we need to play with the maximum intensity to win the prize. It is one thing to have got to here, but the players are very realistic and they know how difficult it is to win the three titles and equal what they did a few years ago. We have to play three great games."
