The 2012 British Soap Award winners have been announced. Scott Maslen won the "Sexiest Male" award while Michelle Keegan won the "Sexiest Female" award. The awards were held in London on 28 April with Phillip Schofield as host.

This is, incidentally, the fourth straight year Keegan has won the award. The actress has been in the news recently for supposedly problematic romantic relationships but insisted it was just the media which was saying that.

"Everything is fine and everything is all right. It all got blown out of proportion and that's all I'm saying. I'm fine and that's it," Keegan told the Mirror.

"Brooke Vincent wears a very daring purple gown with a very low neckline which stopped just above her navel and also a very low back. Preeya Kalidas showed up in a red floor length gown which looked like it might have been one dress size too small as it was a case of cup runneth over," reported the Daily Mail.
