Kris Jenner filed for divorce in September, and now it looks like she is set to come away with a good deal out of her 23-year-marriage to Bruce Jenner.

According to legal documents obtained by TMZ, the show-biz mother 58, will inherit the family home in Hidden Hills, Los Angeles.

The former athlete reportedly signed documents giving his share of their mansion to the Kardashian "momager" in their divorce property settlement.

They purchased the six-bedroom, eight-bathroom luxury property in 2010 for $4m (£2.5m) and Kris was reportedly keen to keep the home since it has increased in value over the years and is known for being the Keeping Up with the Kardashians film set.

Legal documents also stated that the mother of six requested joint physical and legal custody of their only underage child - 17-year-old daughter Kylie.

She also requested to keep all jewellery and assets from before the separation, saying they will divide "everything else" later.

According to Radar Online, Bruce requested joint custody of Kylie and asked to keep his "jewellery and other personal effects".

Following their year long trial separation, the Olympic gold medalist is reportedly happier than he has ever been and will give Kris whatever she wants so he can move forward.

The 64-year-old has been living in a bachelor pad in Malibu and is rumoured to have moved on with Kris's friend and assistant, Ronda Kamihira.

Meanwhile, Kris has been romantically linked to Justin Bieber's co-manager Corey Gamble.
