Thanos
Thanos, the Mad Titan, in Guardians of the Galaxy Marvel Studios

Actor Josh Brolin is an integral part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe despite only three brief appearances in the films so far. The actor plays Thanos who, thanks to all the build-up scenes in The Avengers, Guardians of The Galaxy and Avengers 2, has become one of the most eagerly-awaited supervillains in the series.

Thanos will be seen in a full-fledged role, making life hell for all the Marvel superheroes, in Avengers 3: Infinity War which releases in May 2018. But is there any chance of the Mad Titan showing up on screen before that? Maybe in the upcoming Marvel epic Captain America: Civil War? Well, looks like Brolin himself would like to know that just as much as the fans.

"I don't know which one I'm in," Brolin told MTV News. "That's a Kevin Feige [Marvel Studios President] question. I know the trajectory of what they're doing, but I don't know exactly which one I'm in."

When asked about fan reactions to him being a part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, Brolin said, "I love going into a comic book store and a guy connecting me with Thanos, and seeing the incredible regressive awe that happens. Like you see them lose 30 years in can't-breathe awe. That's fun, and I have a lot of respect for those fans. I'm excited about doing it, I really am."

The actor also teased the very exciting nature of his role in the MCU wherein he will take on all the might Avengers single-handedly. When asked if there is any single Avenger in particular that he is eager to face, Brolin replied: "I don't have a favourite because it's me against all of them," he said. "I think the entirety is what I'm most looking forward to. Each and every one. I'm bringing the wrath."
