'My Wife Is Going Crazy With Me': Donald Trump Imitates Melania Amid Reports of Marital Tensions
Trump details Melania's objections to his stage performances as the White House rejects claims about their marriage

Donald Trump imitated Melania Trump at a rally in Bullhead City, Arizona, on 14 October, telling supporters she disapproved of his stage performances.
His remarks drew attention amid renewed claims by author Michael Wolff about strains in the couple's marriage.
The White House has rejected Wolff's account, while Melania has separately said she offered her husband frank feedback alongside praise for his work.
Donald Trump Recounts Melania's Objections
Trump interrupted his campaign remarks to describe his wife's growing frustration with his public appearances.
He told supporters, 'I tell you, my wife is going crazy with me.' He recounted Melania telling him that, as president of the United States, he shouldn't behave that way.
As he discussed Melania's objections, Trump waved his arms and grunted while imitating her. He claimed Melania wanted him to wave to supporters and leave the stage instead of dancing.
Trump also recalled her objections to his frequent discussions of swimming competitions, particularly his descriptions of athletes facing much larger opponents.
His account then moved into a story about a swimmer supposedly suffering from windburn. That shift attracted criticism after footage circulated on X.
'What the hell is he talking about? How does talking about that help anyone?' one viewer questioned. Other users speculated about his cognitive health, but those comments provided no medical evidence of a condition.
Disputed Claims About Donald Trump's Marriage
Wolff's account went beyond disagreements over stage appearances. Writing in his Substack publication Howl, the author attributed an assessment of the marriage to people inside the White House.
He claimed they believed the relationship was 'probably at its lowest point since the Stormy Daniels trial'. That description reflected Wolff's account of others' perceptions, not either spouse's assessment.
The White House strongly rejected his portrayal. Spokesman Steven Cheung accused Wolff of fabricating stories and challenged his credibility.
The author had previously alleged in Fire and Fury: Inside the Trump White House that the couple maintained separate bedrooms, the Irish Star reported. He has also claimed they rarely communicate and spend considerable time apart.
Wolff further alleged that Melania rarely maintained a regular presence at the presidential residence. The couple's private-life claims remain disputed. IBTimes UK cannot independently verify them.
Separately, reports said Melania and Barron were absent from Donald Trump Jr. and Bettina Anderson's wedding celebration in the Bahamas on 23 May. An unnamed insider attributed her absence to discomfort around her stepchildren, but no official explanation was provided.

Melania's Feedback for Donald Trump
Melania described their communication during a 23 September appearance on Fox & Friends. The first lady was questioned about whether Trump had sought her assessment of his United Nations General Assembly speech.
'I told him he had [a] great delivery; he did very well. And a great speech,' she explained. 'So I tell him the truth. Sometimes he doesn't want to hear what I tell him, but that's okay. I always say the truth,' Melania added.
She also praised his dedication to his presidential responsibilities, describing him as highly energetic and consistently occupied with work.
