Spider-Man
Fans are waiting to see Spider-Man's new look in Captain America 3 Sony Pictures

Is Marvel planning to reveal the first look of their rebooted Spider-Man this coming week? Well, based on a recent statement by a merchandise site, it might just happen.

Merchoid, a merchandise site in film and pop culture which is the same site that has provided a lot of promo art and clothing designs for Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, has posted the following description for their Spider-Man: Premium Hoodie, which is part of their merchandise and clothing line for Captain America: Civil War: (viaComicBookMovie)

"Ok, so here's the deal: we have photos of the Spider-Man hoodie coming very soon. We really, REALLY want to show it to you now, but we're not allowed to just yet. Make sure you check back on the 15th January for your very first look!"

While this can't be taken as a confirmation that the first look of Spider-Man will be released on or before that date, it will certainly get all Spidey fans to pay some extra attention to Marvel related news over the next few days!

Meanwhile, in an interview with the Russo brothers ahead of Wizard World New Orleans, ComicBook.com asked if fans would see Spider-Man in any trailers or on any merchandise before Captain America: Civil War is released.

"No. We really can't comment on that," replied Anthony Russo. "Part of making these movies is maintaining surprise so that everybody's excited and that's one we're going to make fans surprised," added Joe Russo.
