Valencia boss Gary Neville is under pressure after the La Liga defeat against Real Sociedad getty

After yet another set back in the La Liga, Valencia boss Gary Neville is under pressure going into the second leg of the Copa del Rey round-of-16 clash against Granada at Los Carmenes on 14 January.

Where to watch

Kick-off is set for 7pm GMT. There will be no live broadcast of the game in the UK.

Overview

Granada need a miracle to qualify for the quarter-finals of the Copa del Rey after losing 4-0 in last week's round-of-16 first leg against Valencia. The Andalusian side have conceded 13 goals in their last four games in all competitions, scoring just three in reply.

Granada boss Jose Ramon Sandoval has no fresh injury concerns. On-loan duo Robert Ibanez and Salva Ruiz are ineligible to play against their parent club.

Valencia suffered a demoralising 2-0 defeat at Real Socidedad over the weekend, leaving Gary Neville still in search of a first victory in the La Liga. The visitors have only won two of their eight matches since the Englishman's appointment as head coach, with both of those victories coming in the Copa del Rey.

Neville remains without the services of goalkeeper Diego Alves (knee) and Sofiane Feghouli (foot). Enzo Perez is doubtful to feature after picking up a knock in the match against Sociedad.

What managers say

Jose Ramon Sandoval: "Sometimes it's difficult to maintain the intensity. In the second half [against Barcelona] we tightened up, but I have to congratulate my players because they have competed very well against a great team."

Gary Neville: "In the first half [against Real Sociedad] we have had the control of the game. The second half has been a big disappointment. I will have to watch it again to understand why this has happened. It has been a knock. We needed momentum. We have played below the expectations we have set ourselves."
