GTA 6's 34-track soundtrack will land on 19 November alongside the game, featuring a new Travis Scott single produced by Daft Punk's Guy-Manuel de Homem-Christo and a track from Rolling Stones guitarist Keith Richards. Rockstar has released the first six songs from Grand Theft Auto VI: The Album, with the remaining 28 tracks still under wraps.

The unexpected Daft Punk connection gives the soundtrack announcement a notable music-world twist, particularly because Guy-Manuel has produced Travis Scott's 'RHYNO' without this representing a Daft Punk reunion.

The six-song preview also spans hip-hop, electronic, pop, country, Latin and rock, suggesting Rockstar is treating GTA 6's music as a major part of its Vice City experience rather than simply background noise.

Travis Scott Track Has a Daft Punk Connection

One of the biggest surprises comes from Travis Scott's contribution, 'RHYNO', which has been produced by Guy-Manuel de Homem-Christo, one half of the legendary electronic duo Daft Punk.

While this does not represent a Daft Punk reunion, the involvement of Guy-Manuel is likely to attract considerable attention from electronic music fans. His production credit gives one of the most anticipated games in years a striking connection to one of dance music's most influential acts.

The six songs released so far also demonstrate how broad Rockstar's musical ambitions are for GTA 6. Alongside Scott, the initial line-up includes Yung Lean featuring Future and Metro Boomin on 'That's It', while PinkPantheress, Fred again..., CA7RIEL & Paco Amoroso and Etienne de Crécy join forces for 'Sexy Magic'.

Keith Richards Joins the GTA 6 Line-Up

Rock music also gets a major representative in the shape of Keith Richards, who contributes 'Bright Lights, Big City' to the soundtrack. The Rolling Stones guitarist's appearance sits alongside Morgan Wallen's 'Last Thing You Need' and Rauw Alejandro's 'Macacoa 2000', giving the first batch of songs a wide musical range.

Rockstar has described the album as featuring a 'genre-defying' roster designed to capture the energy of GTA 6's fictional setting. With hip-hop, electronic music, pop, country, Latin and rock already represented, the first six releases suggest that the complete album could offer a similarly eclectic mix.

28 GTA 6 Songs Are Still Secret

Despite the star names already announced, Rockstar has revealed only six of the album's 34 tracks, leaving 28 songs and their artists under wraps.

The soundtrack will be available through major streaming services, while physical versions will also arrive on CD and vinyl. Rockstar is offering several collector editions, including a limited-edition liquid-filled vinyl, a splatter-edition vinyl and a CD jewel case, alongside exclusive vinyl colourways through selected retailers.

The album's release will coincide with GTA 6's arrival on 19 November, allowing Rockstar to make the game's music a major event in its own right.

Rockstar Teases More GTA 6 Music

The soundtrack announcement may only be the beginning. Rockstar says further information is coming about the dynamic score and what it calls the 'next evolution' of GTA's in-game radio.

The studio has not yet explained how the 34 album tracks will connect with GTA 6's radio stations, or whether every song will be heard inside the game. For now, the six released singles offer the clearest indication yet of the musical world Rockstar is building around its return to Vice City.

With Travis Scott, Keith Richards and a Daft Punk-linked producer already involved, however, the GTA 6 soundtrack has made a notable entrance before the game itself even arrives.
