HTC has started seeding Android 4.3 Jelly Bean software update for the One Mini which runs Android 4.2.2 out of box.

In October, the company released Android 4.3 over-the-air (OTA) update with Sense 5.5 for the international variant of HTC One. The update enabled users to disable BlinFeed. Now a similar software update is rolling out for the compact version of the handset.

With base firmware 2.12.401.1, the Android 4.3 firmware build, weighs 630.55MB for the HTC One Mini. It brings several notable enhancements and features and addresses bug issues. It also adds Sense v5.5, which was introduced in the large-screen smartphone, HTC One Max. It brings multitasking UI improvements, an updated interface to the video highlights feature and improvements to the media player. The new stock firmware also enables users to disable BlinkFeed.

As the update is rolling out in phases, all the One Mini units will not have access to the update at the moment, reports XDA. Only European users have confirmed the update at present. However, it is expected to become available to all users soon.

To check for the OTA update navigate to, Settings>> About phone>> Software Update>> Check now.
