Kristen Stewart was in a cheerful mood as she posed for shutterbugs during a photo call to promote her latest film, Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 2, held at the Kumano Shrine in Tokyo, Japan.

The 22 year old looked chic in a Louis Vuitton Spring 2013 chequered long-sleeve romper and combined it with Brian Atwood cut-out booties, an Iwona Ludyga Design bracelet. She went for minimal make up with kohl-rimmed eyes and left her wavy brown hair open.

Stewart, who was found cheating on long-time boyfriend and Twilight co-star Robert Pattinson, is reportedly back together with Pattinson and the two are believed to be giving their relationship another go. The duo was seen outside a Los Angeles bar with friends and another photograph of the two kissing outside her home has also come to light. Stewart also claimed her relationship with Pattinson has become stronger than ever despite her cheating on him.

"You have to be OK with your own fears. If you're an honest person you'll make mistakes, but it'll be OK," she said, "The most interesting things happen after making mistakes."

Meanwhile, Pattinson who is in Australia promoting the film, talked about shooting the sex scenes for the movie.

"The sex scene in this one is pretty ridiculous," Pattinson revealed, "It's just because you're kind of shooting stuff to be PG-13 . . . It's just trying to think of inventive ways to make something sexy. It can't just be a normal sex scene. It's supposed to be about, like, the greatest vampire sex you've ever had."

"We're doing it just to the camera, and the camera man is laughing as well," he continued, "Guys' faces I don't think are really designed to do [that]."

The Twilight series is based on the best-selling novels of Stephenie Meyer and the final installment of the film - Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn Part 2 - is set for worldwide release on 16 November.
