Manchester City find themselves in second place in the Premier League table after they slumped to a 1-0 defeat at the hands of Swansea City at the Liberty Stadium.
Roberto Mancini's men would have been one down as early as the opening ten minutes, had it not been for Joe Hart's superb penalty save.
Meanwhile, Swansea, who dominated most of the game, finally got their well-deserved goal, in the 83rd minute, when former Aston Villa striker Luke Moore popped up to put the Swans in the lead.
With two minutes remaining, City thought they had equalized through Micah Richards' header. Unfortunately, that was ruled out for an offside.
The evening got worse for the Citizens, whose second successive defeat (they lost 0-1 to Sporting Lisbon in the Europa League earlier in the week) was compounded by news that rivals Manchester United had beaten West Brom in their league game, to go top of the table.
