Former NFL Star Matt Kalil's Lawsuit Against Model Ex-Wife Over Extremely Big Penis Accusation Dismissed by Judge

A Minnesota federal judge has dismissed former NFL player Matt Kalil's lawsuit against his ex-wife, model and social media personality Haley Kalil, over comments she made about their marriage and sex life during a November 2025 livestream.

The case was filed in the US District Court for the District of Minnesota on 6 January 2026. Kalil accused Haley of invasion of privacy and unjust enrichment, arguing that she publicly disclosed intimate details about their relationship, specifically the size of his penis and benefited financially from the attention that followed.

Kalil sought damages exceeding $75,000 (£55,500), as well as a jury trial. He claimed the comments generated 'unwanted attention and invasive commentary from the public' and said members of his family, including his current wife, had been subjected to the continued circulation of what he described as 'degrading and deeply personal statements'.

The former offensive lineman also alleged that Haley had benefited from increased viewership, engagement and monetisation across social media platforms following the remarks.

The judge has now dismissed the case. Law360 reported that the court found the comments concerning Kalil's anatomy were a legitimate matter of public concern.

Haley Says Ruling Allows Her to Tell Her Story

Haley said she was relieved that the litigation had ended.

'I am so relieved this is over,' she told TMZ. 'I never wanted to be in a courtroom discussing matters of my own life.'

She added: 'I think this ruling is important and I hope it encourages women everywhere to speak openly about what they've been through. Your story belongs to you and you shouldn't fear sharing it.'

Her attorney, Matthew Bialick, said the court recognised that Haley was discussing her own experiences.

'The Court found that Haley was speaking about her body, her life, and her marriage,' Bialick told TMZ. 'She was talking about the trauma she went through and what led to her divorce. Those experiences are hers, and she has every right to talk about them.'

He added: 'No woman should need her ex-husband's permission to tell the story of her own marriage. No woman should be sued for talking about her own body.'

The court's decision followed a motion to dismiss filed by Haley in January. Her lawyers argued that her remarks were protected speech and formed part of an autobiographical account of her relationship.

Viral Livestream Sparked Legal Battle

The dispute began after Haley discussed her marriage during a November 2025 Twitch livestream. She did not name Kalil but described the size of his penis in graphic terms.

She compared it to 'two Coke cans on top of each other, maybe even a third.'

Haley suggested their physical relationship contributed to the marriage ending. Her comments later spread online and were reported by several media outlets.

Kalil argued that the remarks exposed private information and subjected him and his family to public scrutiny. He has reportedly indicated he plans to appeal the dismissal.

Haley and Kalil married in Hawaii in 2015. They separated in January 2022, and she filed for divorce later that year, citing 'irreconcilable differences'.
