Meghan Markle, the Duchess of Sussex, is reportedly "bored" and wants to return to acting, it is being claimed. A royal commentator said that the 38-year-old royal is "searching for the perfect project." After the announcement of her engagement to Prince Harry in late 2017, the former actress decided to leave the hit TV series, "Suits."

Meghan left the legal drama, which aired on American television. She was essaying the role of Rachel Zane, an attorney in the series. The Duchess acted in the series from 2011 to 2018. Since that time, she has transitioned into working royal, carrying out royal duties along with her husband, Prince Harry, and other members of the Royal Family.

Royal commentator Rob Shuter has claimed that Meghan is "bored behind the palace walls," Express reports. There are speculations that she could be planning to make a return to acting.

According to him, sources said that she is actually thinking about producing, but she hasn't given up her first passion, which is acting. "If the right part comes along, maybe a historical film or documentary, then maybe she will do it,'" Shuter said.

"Meghan Markle is reading scripts so life behind the palace walls is already starting to get a little boring for the new royal Meghan Markle, which is why the Duchess is already looking to return to work and searching for the perfect project," he said.

Shuter added that she isn't going to be the next Bond girl, though! However, the former actress is reportedly "putting out feelers and searching for the right script." He added that Harry is totally supportive of his wife. The prince feels that she is a good actor and doesn't want her talent go to waste.

"Meghan loves her royal life, she loves being a mum, but it's just not enough for her. She wants to make a difference in the world and she doesn't want to just turn up to royal events and shake hands with the crowd," Shuter claimed his sources said.
