The play starts at 3pm GMT. Live coverage will be available on Sky Sports 3 and Sky Sports 3 HD. Real-time internet updates and live streaming link are available on ATP's official website.

Overview

Djokovic sealed a place in the last four of the Dubai Duty Free Tennis Championships after his quarter-final opponent Mikhail Youzhny withdrew from the competition due to illness. It is for the second time the player has withdrawn from the ongoing single's event.

Nikolay Davydenko also missed out his earlier round, leaving Jo-Wilfried Tsonga to progress in the competition. Tsonga eventually lost to Tomas Berdych in the quarter-finals.

In the earlier round, Djokovic defeated Roberto Bautista-Agut in straight sets 6-1, 6-3 to make it to the quarter-finals.

Djokovic is the defending champion, having won the tournament four out of the last five seasons. He would be looking to extend his tally but this can be achieved only if he progresses past Federer in the penultimate round of the competition.

Federer, on the other hand, won his quarter-final match against Lukas Rosol comfortably to seal a place in the semi-final to face Djokovic. The Swiss ace had a straight set victory in the quarter-final, winning 6-2, 6-2.

The winner of the second semi-final will take on the winner of the clash between Berdych and Philipp Kohlschreiber for the final of the Dubai Duty Free Tennis Championship.

Head-To-Head

Federer has a 16-15 lead over Djokovic in the overall meetings. The pair has met in 11 grand slam events, with Djokovic winning on six occasions. Djokovic holds a 3-2 lead over Federer in the last five meetings between the pair.
