Hollywood actress Olivia Wilde has appeared in InStyle's August issue, talking about pre-wedding jitters and the excitement of her wedding day. The 29-year-old American actress is engaged to Saturday Night Live cast member Jason Sudeikis.

"I like having a real partner... I could never imagine life without someone I respect, someone who offers me infinite possibilities," Wilde, who announced her engagement in January, said.

The Tron: Legacy star admitted Hollywood may not be the best place to look for love but insisted she was positive about her relationship with Sudeikis, saying: "There are spikes and dips and plateaus in this business. I've seen couples fall apart through it, and it is heartbreaking.

"You wonder what will happen - will he love me if I'm not as successful? Will jealousy kill us? I know there will be times when Jason is working more than I am, but I'm actually excited by that. I'm excited by what he will become, what depth he has" she added.

Speaking on the same subject last year, Wilde revealed she was "blissfully, hopefully and wildly" in love with her man.

When asked about her upcoming wedding, the Cowboys and Aliens star said she was not in favour of "that tortured tradition" where bridesmaids are forced to "wear a ridiculous dress they'll never wear again".

She said she would rather make "a real creation tailored for each of them. They can dye it black or purple and wear it forever".

This will be the second marriage for both Wilde and Sudeikis.

In 2011, Wilde ended an eight-year marriage to Tao Ruspoli, an Italian prince and film-maker; she married him while still a teen. Meanwhile, Sudeikis separated from 30 Rock writer Kay Cannon in 2008, ending a four-year relationship.

Wilde's full interview with the magazine will hit newsstands next week.
