Peru will take on Paraguay in the third-place play-off of the 2015 Copa America at Estadio Municipal Alcaldesa Ester Roa Rebolledo on 3 July.

Where to watch live

Kick-off is at 12:30am BST (Saturday). Live coverage of the match will be available on Premier Sports.

Overview

Peru played the first semi-final as Eduardo Vargas' goal was sandwiched between Gary Medel's own goal from Gary Medel in the second half. Midway through the first half, Carlos Zambrano was sent off, which forced the visitors to play with 10-men for the rest of the match.

Zambrano will miss the clash on Friday as Peru will have to play their last match of the Copa America without their star defender's services. A victory over Paraguay will help them finish third in the tournament.

Meanwhile, Paraguay were humiliated by Argentina as they reached the final of another major Fifa tournament in the last one year. A 6-1 defeat for Ramon Diaz's side saw them miss out on making it to the final.

Paraguay will be keen to overcome the semi-final embarrassment by looking to win the third-place play-offs over Peru.
