Fans looking forward to the new episode of Power season 2 will have to wait another week as Starz is holding a binge-worthy marathon of Power season 1 and the first four episodes of season 2 this Saturday, 4 July.
The show returns with its fifth episode titled 'Who You Are and Who You Want to Be' at its usual time, Saturday night (11 July) at 9 pm ET/PT.
The official synopsis for episode 5 reads, "Ghost and Tommy are under the gun in trying to deal all the product in order to pay Lobos, unaware that Holly is being grilled by the FBI."
Meanwhile, some of the show's cast members recently shared their views on the much-talked about sex scenes on the drama series.
During his recent appearance on 'The Wendy Williams Show', Omari Hardwick (Ghost) revealed how he was initially hesitant about doing sex scenes on screen, but support from his wife and some persuasion from 50 Cent made him jump in the sack. (via The YBF)
"..Between she [his wife, Jennifer Pfautch], Courtney [Kemp Agboh, Power showrunner] & Curtis [50 Cent] all of them got on me and said stop running from it and embrace it."
Another Power actress LaLa Anthony (who plays LaKeisha on the series) stripped down for the first time on the show in last week's episode. The actress told BuzzFeed Entertainment how the scene was a step towards growing as an actor.
"I think people who get it will get that, while other people will just say, 'Oh. LaLa's naked,' and that will be the story," she said. "But people that look deeper will really see there's some real vulnerability going on; a real struggle internally what I'm doing and the person I'm doing it with. If they can get past, 'LaLa's boobs are out!' then they can see that."
