No stranger to dominating the charts, Taylor Swift is now taking over social media with the promotion of her upcoming music video for dis track, Bad Blood.

Recently, the Love Story singer has been posting daily images of each celebrity she has managed to get on board to star in the video. Judging by the stylised photographs (that look like something Quentin Tarantino would have dreamed up), the video-short will be very theatrical and have some of kind of superhero-like fights involved.

The song, allegedly based on an ongoing feud the 25-year-old supposedly has with Katy Perry is the fourth single from the Blank Space hitmaker's fifth studio album, 1989, whose lyrics include "now we got problems and I don't think we can solve them " and "still got scars on my back from your knife."

Names that haven't been confirmed by Swift herself yet, but are fervently rumoured to feature in the music video include Selena Gomez and Cara Delevingne. Both of which are close friends of the Shake It Off singer. Delevingne was even spotted on the LA set of the video shoot wearing a white robe identical to one Swift was wearing at the time, which makes her possible appearance in Bad Blood extremely likely.

Whilst some of the confirmed guest stars were less than surprising (Ellie Goulding and Pitch Perfect's Hailee Steinfeld are Swift's close personal friends), names like Kendrick Lamar and Grey's Anatomy's Ellen Pompeo could never have been guessed!

Another surprising face seen in the run-up to the videos release is Jessica Alba. The Sin City actress lives relatively out of the limelight and rarely gets involved with publicity campaigns such as this one, but she certainly looks at home on a blood-splattered monochrome poster.

As well as sharing images daily, Swift gave her fans a little fun fact about the concept on Twitter on 10 May, stating that: "Each individual actor/actress chose their character's name and persona. *CATastrophe*"

One of the clip's stars, model Gigi Hadid explained to People magazine what viewers can expect. "A lot of badass-ness – just the craziest thing you will ever see. I can't say much, but it's gonna be epic."

The highly anticipated video will premiere at the 2015 Billboard Music Awards on Sunday 17 May, where Swift is up against Perry for not only Top Female Artist but Artist Of The Year too. Let's hope the video's drop doesn't make either of their potential victories awkward!
