90 Day Fiancé's Loren Allen Is Back in the Philippines and Fans Say He Looks Miserable in These 10 Videos

The 34-year-old Loren Allen of 90 Day Fiance: Before the 90 Days has found himself back in the Philippines, and viewers can't help but notice the current state he's in. Allen flew to the Philippines to meet Faith Gatoc Tulod in Season 7 of the TLC show. Season 7 episodes aired from 2024 until early 2025.

Allen and Tulod met online when Loren Allen, who hails from Las Vegas, was allegedly 'scammed' by a Filipina 'lady boy,' convincing him to purchase airline tickets to fly to the Philippines. After learning of the scheme, Allen started a connection with Faith Gatoc Tulod and used the airline tickets to meet her instead. The show filmed their first encounter.

The former drag queen assistant had formerly expressed his desire to move to the Southeast Asian country, while Faith was under the impression she was moving to the US and marrying Allen. The couple decided to call it quits in the finale, calling their engagement off, when Allen confessed of contracting a venereal disease while in Thailand. The couple got back together for the Tell All, but split yet again two weeks into the show.

Recent posts suggest that Loren Allen has returned yet again to the Philippines following his split with Faith Gatoc Tulod, and is dating a local Filipina woman, Jean Mabandos. In a Starcasm report, Allen had posted about Jean while in a relationship with Faith.

Viewers were quick to react to Allen's current state as seen in the photos, taking to social media to show their concern for his well-being, and to share their thoughts on his possible agenda in the country. Some videos of Allen posted by Jean Mabandos on Facebook have caught the eyes of onlookers who say Allen 'looks unwell.' Rumours of Loren Allen being held prisoner by his new Filipina girlfriend are also surfacing.

Allen's new girlfriend, Jean Mabandos shared on Tuesday, 3 February, a clip of her and Allen saying that they had decided against heading up to the mountains following heavy rains that caused the river to overflow. In the video, which has garnered over a hundred likes and over 18,000 views, Allen is shown in a somewhat happy demeanour, albeit looking frail.

More Fun for The Day

On Monday, a video from Jean was posted on Facebook, captioned, 'More fun for this day and hope you guys is happy too love you all.' In the video, Allen is supposedly trying to teach his new girlfriend some martial arts moves. The video has gained over 53,000 views as of writing, showing an active Allen who seems to have lost some weight since he was last seen on Tell All.

Pancake Review

Also on Monday, Jean posted a reel on Facebook captioned, 'Pancake reveal because we're going back to cooking [pancakes] to make some money and survive.' The video shows the couple with the same background comparing different pancakes as they plan to attempt to revive their pancake business.

Post Shower Blues

Earlier on 2 February, the first video from the couple was posted on Facebook, showing Allen in a post-shower state. His girlfriend, Jean, is seen caring for Allen. The video depicts Allen's living conditions in the Philippines, which can be seen in the background.

Native Veggies for Allen

Jean posted a video of Loren Allen, whom she fondly calls 'Lorenso' or 'Lorenzo,' gathering native vegetables outdoors. The video shows Allen's current physical state, which seems to have deteriorated, although looking quite healthy.
