Android 4.4.2 features for Galaxy Note 3 and Galaxy S4 are similar
Following the leak of Android 4.4.2 KitKat test firmware for Samsung Galaxy S4, a new Android 4.4.2 test build with base firmware N9005XXUENA6 has leaked for the LTE variant of Galaxy Note 3 bearing model number SM-9005.

The leak firmware has been obtained and shared by Sammobile, who claims that N9005XXUENA6 is said to be one of the final Android 4.4.2 test builds for Galaxy Note 3, which means nothing will be included or excluded in future builds except a few bug fixes and improvements. This firmware is for Note 3 users in European regions.

As for the Android 4.4.2 features for Galaxy Note 3, the changes are similar to those of the Galaxy S4. There are some minor UI changes and the status bar icons have been changed from green to new KitKat white.
There has been a significant improvement in terms of performance as well as benchmark scores. Besides, unlocking the device is much faster than earlier and the update brings some improvements to the lockscreen. Samsung has implemented a camera shortcut on the lockscreen and while playing music the album art goes full screen on lockscreen.
Samsung is expected to begin the official roll-out of Android 4.4.2 update for the Galaxy Note 3 within a week or two. Like always, it will be a phased roll-out and could take some time to reach all countries and carriers.
