Bonnie Blue Faces Backlash After Using Baby Doll in Adult-Content Promo Days After Giving Birth

Bonnie Blue has triggered fresh outrage days after announcing the birth of her first child by appearing in a provocative adult-content promo while holding a baby doll.

The 27-year-old creator, whose real name is Tia Billinger, appeared in the viral clip wearing a hospital gown and sitting beside three men in blue balaclavas while holding a baby doll with its head blurred. The clip does not show sexual activity taking place in the presence of her newborn.

C-Section Remark Sparks Medical Backlash

What drew even more criticism was Blue's claim that having a Caesarean section meant she could ignore the usual postpartum waiting period before sex.

'Yes, I just had a baby, but that means the six-week rule does not apply to me because I had a C-section,' she said in the clip, before commenting on her body.

The suggestion runs against standard postnatal guidance. The American College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists says the abdomen takes several weeks to heal after a Caesarean and advises avoiding sex for a period after surgery.

Cleveland Clinic guidance is more specific, saying doctors will commonly recommend avoiding sex for at least six weeks after a C-section or until a healthcare provider gives approval.

A Caesarean does not remove the need for postpartum recovery. In addition to the surgical incision, the body is still recovering from pregnancy and childbirth, meaning doctors generally advise patients to resume physical and sexual activity gradually depending on healing and medical assessment.

One viewer wrote: 'The healing process is actually longer for a C-section. This woman is so sick.' Another said the video risked giving men the false impression that women can safely resume penetrative sex immediately after a Caesarean.

Viewers Question Baby Doll Stunt

The use of newborn imagery in what appeared to be promotional material for Blue's adult-content work prompted a separate wave of anger.

'Real baby or staged stunt, using the image of a newborn to promote porn is fucking disgusting,' one X user wrote.

Another commented: 'It's so obvious that the baby is the toy, but some things shouldn't even be joked about.' The clip itself does not prove that Blue filmed adult material with her child present.

Blue Returned to Work Almost Immediately

Blue announced the birth of her first child over the weekend of 29-30 August, with her representative confirming the news to Us Weekly on 30 August.

She said she delivered by Caesarean section at the Lindo Wing of St Mary's Hospital in London and described the baby as 'super, super healthy'. The child's face was blurred, and Blue has not publicly disclosed the baby's name or gender.

The birth came earlier than followers expected after Blue had previously said she was due in late October or early November. She has made it clear, however, that motherhood will not put her career on hold. She told Metro that she had already begun documenting her postpartum body for paying Fansly subscribers.

Blue's rapid return to subscription content has become part of the controversy surrounding her first days as a mother, particularly as she continues blending details of her postpartum recovery with the provocative online persona that made her famous. 'I enjoy working, and I don't want to take time off,' she said.
